Built to Factory original tolerances and made from wear and corrosion resistant 440C stainless steel, this breaker plate is designed to fit in a Davis Standard thermatic 3.5" extruder. Specs = .874-.876" thickness, 3.993-3.996" OD, 3.5" x .250 screen pack recess with 10 degree undercut and a mixing inverter radial hole pattern. This is an outside (partial) mixing inverter where the outside two rows invert bringing flow from the outside of the barrel inwards and flow from closer to the center to the outer surface of the melt flow.
