Built to Factory original tolerances and made from wear and corrosion resistant 440C stainless steel, this breaker plate is designed to fit in a Davis Standard thermatic 2.5" extruder. Specs = .874-.876" thickness, 3.241-3.244" OD, 2.5" x .250 screen pack recess with 10 degree undercut and a straight slotted pattern to increase open area and help improve visual clarity in extruded profiles.
